The minimum terms governing access to Behome and its connected services.
Using Behome
Behome is a business service operated by Wareflows for authorised real-estate professionals and their organisations. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials and use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with provider terms.
Connected accounts
You may connect only provider accounts you are authorised to manage. You remain responsible for the messages you approve and send, the customer records you create, and compliance with applicable marketing, communications and data protection law. Access can be disconnected by the Connection Holder or revoked by an authorised agency manager.
Service and acceptable use
You must not use Behome to send spam, mislead people, violate third-party rights, bypass provider restrictions, introduce malicious content or attempt unauthorised access. We may suspend access when necessary to protect people, data, the service or comply with law.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features that depend on third-party providers may change when those providers change their APIs or rules. Material contractual changes will be communicated through the service or the customer agreement.
